New product implementation

We don’t see ourselves as ‘box shifters’, so we will always expect to sell professional services to install the software, implement it, and train, to clients’ specification.

All our consultants are experienced professionals and ensure that any new implementation (or re-implementation) is to a professional standard.

Application and technical consultancy

Where a client requires system enhancements or re-implementation, then this will be conducted by one of our experienced technical or application consultants, as appropriate.

Training

Where there has been a fair amount of staff turnover, it is often the case that many staff well not be aware of all that may be achieved with their existing system.

FinanSys can discuss with the client, draw up a training plan and provide this training. We would normally conduct this training on client premises but away from their work environment.

Training away from site may be performed, but this will require additional costs of hiring training facilities.

Support

We maintain a client to consultant ratio of 15 to 1. The industry average is 50 to 1. This ensures speedy resolution/response to customer requests. We have a 100% record of client retention since 1998
We provide our clients with a Service Level Guarantee as follows:

  • Acknowledgement of support requests – 15 mins.
  • Response to support requests – 45 mins.
  • We aim to resolve support calls within the first hour of receiving the call.
  • Resolution/update to support requests – 4 hours
  • On site response – 4 working hours plus travel for UK mainland, 16 working hours for Europe and offshore UK.
  • £50 penalty to us for failure on any of the above points (Maximum £200 per day)

System Review

Where a company has grown out of their existing system setup or change of management or business direction, and requires a revamp of their system, FinanSys can provide a site visit to document the existing setup, interview key users and thus build up a report documenting the existing system and what steps are recommended to bring the system around to the new business requirements.

System Upgrade

If you are currently using SunSystems versions 4, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 or 5.3 and wish to upgrade to version  5.4, then we would recommend an audit of your existing system in order that we can gauge the complexity and size of the data that needs to be migrated.

Outsourced systems administration and management

There may be situations where a client is unable to source a suitable resource for a particular function or simply that the requirement cannot be allocated to existing resources.

Under these circumstances, FinanSys are able to offer a remote service, whether it be simply monitoring that system backups are taken every night or to run a monthly management reporting pack.
